Excused Absence Request Form

If a student has any conflictions with their choirs' scheduled rehearsals or performances, this form must be filled out to be considered for approval at least 2 weeks (14 days) in advance prior to the event.

Handbook

The handbook should be read by both the student and the parent, as it is expected that the agreements listed out are to be followed. No exceptions will be made to the syllabus, unless a once in a lifetime experience arises then an exception may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Student Accounts

Every choir student is given a MyMusicOffice account where parents are able to view their students' balance, make payments, and receive emails updates. If you have any questions regarding your students' account, kindly reach out to our Treasurer, Andrea Bordenkecher, at treasurer@fhschoirs.org.
