Laney De Luna has served as one of the Choral Directors of the Fishers Choral Department at Fishers High School since 2023. Laney is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with her bachelor’s in music education with an emphasis in Choral Music. During her time at Indiana Wesleyan, she served as the Student Director for the IWU Women’s Chorus and performed in featured and principal roles with the IWU Lyric Theatre.

While with the Fishers Choral Department, Ms. De Luna’s groups have achieved several Grand Champion titles and caption awards, including a 2024 Univoice Division ISSMA State Championship and a Heart of America Runner-Up National Title. When not working with the choir students at Fishers High School, she enjoys visiting and serving as a clinician for surrounding Indianapolis schools and choirs. Laney has also been given the opportunity to sing with various ensembles in the Indianapolis area, including two performances with Andrea Bocelli and multiple performances as a featured vocalist with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. When not singing or teaching, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, visiting local restaurants, and partaking in a good board game!
